본 연구의 목적은 그동안 연구가 미진했던 후기청소년들을 대상으로 자아탄력성, 가족기능도, 학교적응력 등의 요인들이 분노조절능력에 미치는 영향관계를 통합적으로 알아보는 것이다. 또한 분노조절능력을 분노자각, 분노자제, 분노관리 측면으로 나누어 살펴봄으로써 보다 구체적인 차원에서 후기청소년의 분노조절능력을 증진하기 위한 실천방안을 모색해보고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 2015년 8월~9월중 2개월 동안 강원도 3개 대학 후기청소년 360명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하고 300명의 응답자에 대한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 자아탄력성, 가족기능도가 분노조절능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 학교적응력은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 분노조절능력 하위구성요소별로 세부적으로 영향관계에서도 자아탄력성과 가족기능도는 분노자각, 분노통제, 분노관리 모두에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 학교적응력은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 자아탄력성과 가족기능을 높이기 위한 프로그램을 구체적으로 제시하는 등 향후 학교와 지역사회 청소년복지 실천현장에서의 후기청소년의 분노조절능력의 형성 및 증진 등에 대한 함의를 논의하였다.
This study is to examine the resilience, family function, university adjustment, and other relevant factors which might affect the late adolescents‘ anger control ability in an integrated way, since this topic lacked adequate studies so far.
To achieve this goal 360 later adolescents in three universities in Choonchun City were surveyed for 2 months(Aug.-Sep. 2015) and 300 answers were analyzed based on multiple regression model. the anger control ability was classified into anger awareness, anger temperance, and anger management so as to acquire precise understanding The results are as follows. Resilience family function had a significant influence on the rural adolescents' anger control ability. In detail, the resilience, family function had magnificently influenced on the anger awareness, anger temperance, anger management.
On a basis of these results, the ways to guide and assist the later adolescents in order to enhance their anger control ability which will increase their on resilience and family function were thoroughly discussed.
