한국남성과 결혼한 중국 조선족 여성들의 한국에서의 적응기 생활체험과 사회복지서비스에 관한 연구

본 연구는 van Manen의 해석학적 현상학 연구방법(hermeneutic phenomenological method)을 사용해서 한국 남성과 결혼한 중국 조선족 여성들의 한국에서의 적응기 생활체험이 무엇이며 그리고 이들의 적응기 생활체험의 욕구와 문제는 무엇인지를 파악함으로써 사회복지서비스 제공을 위한 방안을 찾는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 한국에서 생활한 지 6개월 이상인 기혼 조선족 여성 8명을 참여자로 선정하여 2회 이상의 심층적인 면담과 관찰을 실시했다. 본 연구에서 이런 과정을 통해 적응기 생활체험의 본질적 주제는 “한국에 대한 경제적 기대의 상실”, “다양한 관계 속에서 깨어진 한국이민의 꿈” 등으로 나타났고 이들의 욕구와 문제는 “가정과 일 사이에서 좌절과 방황함”, “문화적응 관련 여성단체의 도움 부족함”, “취업 관련 정보제공 미흡함” 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 한국 남성과 결혼한 중국 조선족 여성들에게 사회복지서비스를 제공하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to understand the meaning and essence of life experience of the Korean-Chinese women who are married to Korean men in adjustment period. This study adopted hermeneutic phenomenological method which was developed by van Manen. The participants for this study were 8 Korean-Chinese women who have been married to Korean men and been living in Korea for more 6 months. The data for the analysis conducted more than twice for each participant were collected by intensive interviews and observation. The three essential themes were drawn by using 'line by line' approach of reflection. The essential themes are "the loss of economic expectations for the life of Korea" and "the broken Korean dream of the immigrant women in the various relationship". And the essential needs include "the discouragement of wander between family and work", "the lack of Women Organization's help in the adjustment of Korean Culture", "the lack of job's information". The findings of the study will help develop social welfare services that support Korean-Chinese women in international marriage for their adjustment in Korea.
