A Study on the Present and Reform Task for National Child-care Curriculum

최근 보육의 질에 대한 관심이 증가된 시점에서 본 연구에서는 먼저, 국가수준 표준보육과정 개발의 이념적 기초와 이론적 배경을 살펴보고, 표준보육과정의 법적근거 및 개발과정, 표준보육과정의 목적 및 목표, 표준보육과정의 성격, 영역 및 내용, 표준보육과정의 운영 등 표준보육과정 현황을 소개한 후 이에 따른 개선과제를 제시하고자 한다. 표준보육과정의 활성화를 위한 개선과제로 표준보육과정에 대한 인지제고를 위한 홍보 강화, 사회적 통합과 연대 및 공동체 의식 강조, 보육대상별 표준보육과정의 목표 재설정, 발달특성 중심에서 복지욕구, 지역 및 계층특성, 사회적 필요성을 추가, 보호 측면 강조, 연령의 세분화, 유치원교육과정과 표준보육과정의 목표 이원화, 영유아 중심의 운영과 이를 위한 보육교사 교육 강화, 표준보육과정 실천을 위한 교수방법 및 활동방법 제시, 보육내용을 1, 2, 3수준을 0-5세로 구분, 표준보육과정 이행 여부 점검 및 평가 등이 구체적으로 논의되었다.
Since quality of child-care has received greater attention, this study aims to presented to reform task for National Child-care Curriculum. After reviewing the theoretical background, legal foundation, developmental process, goals and contents of National Child-care Curriculum, following issues were discussed: 1) promoting, 2) emphasizing social integration and community spirit, 3) resetting the child care goal according to subject of child care, 4) adding need for social welfare, characteristics of regional or class, social need, 5) emphasizing dimension of care, 6) age-segmentation, 7) dualization of goals of National Child-care Curriculum and those of National Early Childhood Education Curriculum, 8) child-oriented operation, 9) facilitating of child care teacher education, 10) guiding teaching method.
