본 연구는 정신보건서비스의 회복지향실천을 평가하기 위해 개발된 회복자기평가척도(RSA-R)의 한국어판(K-RSA)에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 전국 정신장애인 사회복귀시설 중 설문조사에 동의한 22개 기관의 378명을 대상으로 조사를 진행하였다. 연구결과 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 RSA-R의 32문항보다 4개문항을 제외한 28문항이 적합한 것으로 확인되었으며, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 5개 요인이 적합함을 검증하였다. 수렴타당도를 검증하기 위해 임파워먼트 실천원칙 척도와의 상관관계를 검토한 결과 높은 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 판별타당도 검증을 위해 콜로라도 증상 척도를 사용한 정신과적 증상 및 연령, 소득, 입원 횟수의 변수와 상관관계 분석을실시하였다. 마지막으로 K-RSA 전체 문항의 신뢰도 계수는 Cronbach’s α= .947로 상당히 신뢰할 만한 수준으로 보고되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 K-RSA가 회복패러다임에 기초한 국내 정신보건서비스 환경을 평가할 수 있는 측정도구임을 입증하는 것으로 향후정신보건서비스의 회복촉진 환경을 평가하는 데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
The aim of this study is to validate the Korean version of the Recovery Self- Assessment(K-RSA) scale which used to assess the perceptions of the degree to which programs implement recovery-oriented practices in mental health services. Data were collected from consumers with serious mental illnesses(N = 378) in 22 community mental health agencies, and internal reliability, factor analyses for validity were performed. The results of the explanatory factor analysis showed K-RSA was comprised of 28 items that excluded 4 items from RSA-R and factor analyses of K-RSA confirmed a multidimensional scale with five factors. K-RSA was confirmed by convergent validity through testing correlations with Empowerment Practice Principle scale and discriminant validity through testing correlations with psychiatric symptoms, age, income and numbers of hospitalization. The reliability coefficients was .947. These findings validate K-RSA as a new recovery-oriented practice instrument in Korea.
