초록
본 연구는 사회복지 실천가들이 연구의 주체로 현장 사업에 대해 질적 연구를 수행한 경험을 탐색하고자 한 연구이다. 이를 위해 기관의 사회복지 사업 및 이용자에 대해 질적으로 연구를 수행한 경험이 있는 실천가 10명으로부터 자료를 수집하여 귀납적 주제 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 실천가들의 질적 연구 경험을 관통하는 핵심내용은 “성찰을 통한 실천원형의 복원”으로, 이는 이용자와 실천가의 관계와 주체성 복원, 이용자의 시선으로부터의 사업의 의미 발견과 재구성, 실천행위와 실천 현장에 대한 현재와 미래의 비판적 성찰을 포함한다. 요컨대 실천가들의 질적 연구 경험은 실천가 개인의 연구 경험에 한정되는 것이 아닌, 양적 패러다임과 신자유주의적 담론으로부터 대안적 실천 패러다임으로의 전환적 성격과 그 가능성을 내포하는 경험으로 실천적 함의가 크다.
This study aims to explore the experiences of social workers in performing qualitative research on their own field projects. To this end, data were collected from 10 practitioners who had experienced qualitative research on their program and an inductive subject analysis method was used.
The main theme is “Reconstruction of the practice prototype through critical reflexivity”, which is to restore the relationship and subjectivity between the client and the practitioner, to discover and reconstruct the meaning of the program from the client's aspect, And this includes present and future critical reflection(reflexivity) on social work practice.
In short, the practitioners’ qualitative research experience is not limited to their personal research experience, but its practical implications are the experience that implies the transitional nature and possibility from the quantitative paradigm and neoliberal discourse to the alternative practice paradigm.
