본 연구는 2010년 시군구 서비스연계팀에서 실시해 오던 위기가구 통합사례관리사업이 확대된 형태로 복지전달체계 개선대책(‘11.7월)의 주요 추진과제인 희망복지지원단의 통합사례관리사업을 주도적으로 담당하는 사례관리자의 역할수행 및 업무적극성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝혀내고, 이와 관련한 정책적 과제를 모색해 보는데 그 의의를 두고 있다.
분석결과, 희망복지지원단 사례관리자는 상담자, 조정자, 정보제공자로서의 역할에 비교적 많은 비중을 두고 업무를 수행하고 있으며, 이들의 업무적극성에 직무 및 조직환경이 지대한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 결과는 희망복지지원단 사례관리자의 역량강화를 위한 정책과제 모색과 함께 향후 민-관 사례관리의 연계 및 역할분담 등의 논의를 구체적으로 추진해 나가는 과정에서 의미 있는 근거자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
This study measures to improve the social welfare delivery system, the main propulsion of challenge(March 11) that supports the role of the case manager of the hope welfare support team, and work to find the factors that affect the aggressiveness, the policy challenges related to his viewing of the seek.
As result, The Hope Welfare Support Team's care manager is counselors, Coordinator, information on the role of the relatively large proportion of providers to conduct business, and their business duties and organization on the environment aggressiveness exerts a pro-found impact.
These results support the policy challenges for the enablement of the care manager in Hope Welfare Support Team and that cooperation and role-sharing and discussion of the private-public care management network system.
It will be able to expect the development of the Hope Welfare Support Team that is based on this process.
