초록
일본의 아동관은 아동이 건강하게 놀이를 할 수 있는 장을 제공하여 아동의 심신 건강을 증진하고, 정서를 풍부하게 하는 것을 목적으로 하는 시설이다. 최근 일본의 아동관은 기존 아동건전육성의 기능에서 나아가 지역사회의 자녀양육지원욕구에 효율적으로 대응하기 위하여 자녀양육네트워크의 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 아동관의 자녀양육지원네트워크의 특성을 고찰하기 위하여 牧理每治의 네트워크의 3원칙인 ‘협동성의 원칙’, ‘개인존중(다두성)의 원칙’, ‘개방성의 원칙’에 따라 검토하였다. 아동관의 자녀양육네트워크의 특성은 ‘협동성의 원칙’에서는 협력을 통한 상부상조기능이 강조되고 있다. ‘개인존중(다두성)의 원칙’에서는 누구라도 주체자로서 참여하며 참여자의 성장이 강조되고 있다. ‘개방성의 원칙’에서는 자유로운 참여와 유동성이 강조되고 있다.
Children`s Centers in Japan is a facility which aims to enrich the emotions, and promote physical and mental health of children by providing the place for children to play healthy.
Previously healthy upbringing of children, but the children's Centers in Japan recently are trying to activate of parenting agencies and a network in order to respond efficiently Child-raising Assistance needs of the community.
The purpose of this study to investigate the characteristics of these children's Centers of a network of Child-raising, in accordance with the three principles of 'the principles of Cooperativity', 'the principle of respect for individuals', 'the principles of openness'.
'the principles of Cooperativity' is emphasized the functions of mutual support. The principle of respect for individuals'is emphasized Anyone participated as organizers and the growth of participation. 'The principles of openness' is emphasized the free participation and liquidity.
