정신장애인은 복합적 욕구를 가진 인구 집단으로 어느 한 기관에서 모든 서비스 욕구를 대응하기는 어렵다. 수요자중심의 맞춤형 서비스를 통합적으로 제공하기 위해 지역사회기반 서비스 조직들의 네트워크 구축이 전개되고 있다. 기관 간의 협력적 관계가 요구되는 상황 속에서, 네트워킹을 촉진시킬 수 있는 요인을 분석하여 학문적, 실천적 함의를 제공하고자 한다.
이를 위하여 총 91개의 지역사회정신보건 서비스 조직을 대상으로 지역사회 내 네트워킹(연계조직수, 연계횟수, 서비스 연계)에 어떠한 요인이 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과로는 지역 환경, 조직유형, 사회복지사수와 서비스 제공 수준이 네트워킹에 유의미한 영향을 보여주었으며, 사례관리는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 조직 및 지역특성, 그리고 사례관리의 구체적 수행요소 등에 대한 함의를 제안하였다.
The networking has been assertively attempted in order to provide the client-oriented tailored services for the persons with mental illness. This study arvs to empirically analyze the factors influencing the networking among ze community-based mental health services organizations.
The study results of the multiple regression analysis found that the networking was predicted by the community type(the location of the organizations), the type of the organizations, the number of social workers, and the amount of the service provisions. Implications were addressed.
