Relations Between a Teacher's Child Care Efficacy and Resilience

본 연구의 목적은 교사의 보육수행능력을 의미하는 보육효능감과 정신건강의 척도인 레지리언스와의 관련성에 대한 검토를 통해 교사의 보육수행능력에 대한 바람직한 지원책을 제안하는데 있다.
이를 위해 보육교사 386명을 대상으로 이들의 보육효능감과 레지리언스에 대해서 조사한 결과, 두 요인은 유의미한 관계가 있음이 입증되었다. 이 결과는 교사의 보육효능감의 인지에 있어 레지리언스는 의미 있는 영향인임을 말해주고 있으며, 이 사실은 교사의 보육역량 강화를 지원하기 위해서 이들의 레지리언스에 대한 강화가 하나의 효과적인 방책이 될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.
The purpose of this study is to propose a relationship between the resilience considered as a standard of healthy mental state and child care efficacy, which represents a teacher's ability in conducting child-daycare. Through this review, regarding the relation between resilience and child care efficiency, this study is aimed to propose advisable support strategies for teachers.
In order to achieve the purpose of this study, research was conducted using a survey of 386 teachers' resilience and child care efficiency. As a result, the survey has proved that there is a meaningful relation between child care efficacy and resilience. This result shows that reinforcement of resilience is a significant contribution to support enforcement of a teacher's child care efficacy. Also, this reality suggests that a reinforcement of resilience can be one of the effective plans to improve a teacher's capabilities.
