초록

본 연구의 목적은 독일 대학의 사회복지학 교과목 지침을 고찰하는 데에 있다. 이에, 독일의 사회복지교육 역사상 최초로 개발·시행되고 있는 ‘사회복지학 교육 프레임’ 및 ‘사회관리학·사회경제학 교육 프로필’을 분석한 결과, 학습결과 중심의 아웃풋 논리에 따라 개발된 것으로, 이론과 실제가 통합된 간학제적 전문가 양성을 목표로 학교와 현장을 연결하는 교량역할을 지향하고 있는데, 정형화된 지침이 아닌 ‘참조틀’로서만 기능하도록 설계되어 있음을 발견하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 한국 대학의 사회복지학 교과목 지침에 시사하는 함의를 논의하였다.

The intention of this research is to discuss guidelines for social welfare education curricula in German universities. Qualifications framework for social welfare and qualifications profiles for social management/social economy as first guidelines for social welfare curricula in Germany are analysed: They are developed in output logic in respect of learning outcomes, and support the role of bridge between universities and fields with the goal of cultivating interdisciplinary professionals who integrate theory and practice. They perform merely a function as ‘orientational assistances’ in developing guidelines. Based on the results, some implications for guidelines for the social welfare curricula in Korean universities are addressed.
