본 연구는 가정 및 국가 보육발전을 위한 빙안으로 가정보육시설의 전문성 향상과 맞벌이 부모의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 특화된 가정보육시설의 프로그램의 개발 방향을 탐구하고자 한다. 이에 가정보육시설의 국내 연구동향을 파악하고, 현재 가정보육시설을 위한 전체적인 진단 과정에서 가정보육시설의 현황, 위상, 장점과 단점은 무엇이며, 질 높은 가정보육시설의 운영 방향은: 무엇인 지를 점검해보고, 질 높은 가정보육시설로의 도약을 위해 마지막 파트에서는 미래 보육발전을 위한 가정보육프로그램의 방향으로, 보육의 책무감적 측면에서 부모의 기대를 만족시킬 수 있는 프로그램인 부모의 욕구와 바람 중심의 one-shot system 프로그램을 제시하였다. 즉, (1) 원아 확보를 위한 임신부 대상 예비부모교육 및 출산 지원 프로그램, (2) 산후휴가 동안 영아를 위한 가정육아 지원 프로그램, (3) 부모의 안정된 직장 생활을 위한 보육프로그램, 영아ㆍ토들러를 위한 발달에 적합한 다문화 가정보육프로그램, 유아를 위한 발달에 적합한 가정보육프로그램, (4) 영아전담, 시간연장형, 휴일 등의 특수 보육 프로그램 등의 방향을 제안하고 있다.
The purpose of this study were to investigate a professional improvement of the home-based educare centers and development of the specified home-based educare program into a plan for a family and national educare development. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, first of all reviewed the theoretical approach, that is, the research trends, present condition and phase, strength and weakness, and a managerial direction of the home-based educare centers. In finally part, this study was to provide parent needs and desires-centered one-shot system program into home-based educare program for the educare development in 21C. That is, proposed (1) a preparent education and birth support program for a pregnant woman, (2) home-care support program for the infants during a maternity leave, (3) developmentally appropriate multicultural home-based care program and developmentally appropriate home-based care program for the stable parent"s place of work, and (4) the special educare program including the infant whole responsibility, the prolongation of a time, and a holiday educare.
