A Study on One"s Sense of View on Infancy, Bringing up and Awareness of Mother"s Role. -Comparing Compare with Maternal Employment and Non-maternal Employment-
The purpose of this study is to compare with maternal employment and non-maternal employment about one"s sense of view on infancy, bringing up and awareness of mother"s role. Subjects were 219 members of mothers who have babies in infancy, and 102 members of them have a job. Results indicated that, maternal employment thinks similar with non-maternal employment about self-estimate, confidence, and influence of the mother"s role for children. But they have negative point of view about the role of woman in the family(as house keeper whose main attention must be taking care children). and in attitude of bringing up for children, non-maternal employment relatively intervenes in the behavior of children, more than maternal employment. But when children do wrong behavior, maternal employment cope more constructively with the situation compared non-maternal employment through some like an external reinforcement rather than outlining the situation.
