본 연구의 목적은 독일로 떠난 한인 간호여성의 사회운동 과정을 생애사적 맥락에서 분석하는 것이다. 이에, 해당 여성 5인의 내러티브 ？ 생애사 인터뷰를 Rosenthal의 생애사 연구 방법에 따라 분석하였다. 그 결과, 이들의생애사에 나타난 사회운동 과정은 자신들을 노동이주여성이라는 삼중의 배제된 몫 없는 자로서 인식한 이주생활 속에서, 이러한 몫으로 나누는 기존의 사회질서 체계 및 그 논리에 ‘함께 또 따로 있음’을 통해 문제를 제기하고, 자신들이 주체가 된 고유한 정체성들을 끊임없이 새롭게 구성하는 탈정체화의 정치가 되고 있는데, 이러한 탈정체화의 정치는 독일의 치안에 문제를 제기하는 내부지향적 성격을 띠는 것으로부터 시작되어, 한국의 치안에문제를 제기하는 본국지향적 성격을 띠는 것으로 전환ㆍ집중되었으며, 점차 다시 내부지향적 성격도 띠고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 이러한 사회운동에 참여하게 된 데에는, 몫 없는 여성으로 인식된 자기와 불화한 한국에서의 생활과정 속에서 자기 몫을 어느 정도 확장하는 것을 의도한 독일이주를 결정하기까지의 경험도 생애사적 배경으로 작용하고 있는 것으로분석되었다. 이에, 이러한 연구결과에 의거해 사회복지실천에 시사하는 함의를 논의하였다.
The research intends to analyse the social movements process of Korean nursing women who emigrated to Germany in biographical context. 5 biographical data are collected and analysed using Rosenthal’s narrative-biographical interviews methode. Findings show that their social movements process is characterized by politics of de-identification, in which they arise issues with respect to the established social systems and their dividing logics together and separately, which give them in the migration a share as triple-excluded female migrant workers, and in which they construct their new identities constantly. Furthermore, it is discussed that the politics of de-identification began with arising issues with respect to German public order, then to Korean public order and then again also to German public order. Additionally, it is pointed out that their participation in social movements in Germany was driven by their experiences of self-disharmony as women without share in process of life in Korea, which made them determined to emigrate to Germany. Based on the research results, some implications for social welfare practice are suggested.
