A Study on establishing Experience care support network of the socially withdrawn elderly person who are living alone using a Fucus Group Interview

이 연구는 돌봄 사각지대에 방치된 은둔형 독거노인의 사회적 관계를 확대시켜 고립감을 해소하고 독거노인 지지체계 및 안전망을 구축하기 위한 경험을 탐색하였다. 은둔형 독거노인 발굴사업인 ？별들에게 물어봐？에 참여한 발굴단을 대상으로 FGI를 실시하였다. 그 결과 ‘조직화’, ‘네트워크 경험’, ‘은둔형 독거노인 발굴 경험’, ‘서비스 제공경험’이라는 4가지의 대분류 주제로 분류될 수 있다. ‘조직화’은 다시 하위의 소주제에서 ‘발굴단원 구성의 시행착오’과 ‘초기의 높은 중도탈락율’, ‘발굴단의 역량부족’으로 나누어질 수 있었다. ‘네트워크 경험’은 하위에 ‘네트워크에 대한 불명확한 역할’ ‘진정한 네트워크가 이루어지지 않음’, ‘유사사업기관과의 갈등’라는 3가지 소주제로 분류될 수 있었다, 은둔형 독거노인 발굴경험은 ‘다양한 발굴경로’, ‘서비스 거부에 대한 상처와 인권존중 관점 사이의 혼란‘, 지속적인 관심’으로 분류되었다. 서비스 제공경험은 ‘긍정적 변화를 보이는 노인’, ‘발굴단의 역랑강화 및 소진’, ‘서비스 제공의 한계’, ‘사업단절에 대한 염려스러움’으로 나누어질 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 은둔형 독거노인을 위한 지역사회 돌봄체계를 구축하기 위한 개입 방향과 전략을 제안하였다.
This study examined the establishing experiences of a demonstration project of finding the socially withdrawn elderly person who are living alone in the community, which amis to build the community-based care systems of extending the social relationships, reducing the feeling of isolation and improving the support system and safety net of the elderly person. Focus Group Interviews were conducted for social workers and volunteers of finding the elderly persons, and they were participating in the demonstration project "asking to stars". The study found four main themes of 'organizing', 'networking', 'finding the socially withdrawn elderly person who are living alone', 'providing services'. The organizing was divided into the sub-themes of 'trial and error of forming the finding volunteers', 'the high quitting rate of volunteers in the early stage', 'the lack of capability of the finding volunteers'. The networking was divided into the sub-themes of 'the ambiguous role of service organizations networked', 'not-building the true network', 'the conflict among the similar organizations'. The theme of finding the socially withdrawn elderly person who are living alone was divided into 'the various ways of finding the elderly persons', 'volunteer's hurt from the elderly persons because of their rejection of services and confusion between human rights views', 'the continuous attention'. The theme of providing services was divided into 'the elderly persons who showed the positive changes', 'capability-building and burn-out of volunteers', 'the limitation of service provision', 'the worry of the demonstration termination'. Suggestions were made for the intervention strategies of finding the socially withdrawn elderly person who are living alone in order to build the community-based care system.
