본 연구의 목적은 정신장애인의 지역사회통합을 위한 우선순위 정책을전문가를 통해 파악하여 개선방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 총17명의 정신보건전문가를 포함한 당사자 및 가족들이 델파이 패널로 참여하였고 총 4회에 걸쳐서 조사가 이루어졌다. 연구의 주요 결과를 정리하면다음과 같다. 첫째, 정신장애인의 지역사회통합을 위해 가장 시급하게 요청되는 정부의 정책에 대해 델파이 패널들은 맞춤형 주거지원정책의 수립과공공재원의 확보를 가장 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정신장애인의 지역사회통합증진을 위한 지역사회정신보건기관의 사업으로는 회복기반 주거지원사업과 정신장애 인식개선사업 그리고 당사자활동지원 확대 등을 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 정신장애인의 지역사회통합 증진을 위해 필요하다고 판단된 정책 우선순위에따른 정신보건정책의 방향성을 논의하고 제언하였다.

This stud y set out to investigate married employed women’s gender role effect on depression. Data came from Korea Welfare Panel Survey 2014. Analysis methods hierarchical regression analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, results showed that married employed women’s traditional gender role attitude influenced significantly depression. Second, the relationship between traditional gender role attitude and depression was mediated by work family conflict. Third, married employed women’ s gender role attitude effect on depression was more clear in the group of full time employee rather than part time or temporary employee. These results suggest that married employed women’s traditional gender role attitude are the main reason of their depression. And limitations and implications of this study were discussed with respect to further studies.
