본 연구의 목적은 부모의 양육효능감에 영향을 미치는 3요인, 즉, 가족양육지원(배우자 지원 및 조부모 지원), 양육보람, 모성적 양육관의 영향에 대해서 검토하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 영유아기의 자녀를 양육을 하고 있는 주양육자 521명을 대상으로 구조화된 내용으로 구성된 설문지 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 부모의 양육효능감에 있어 배우자의 양육지원과 양육보람이 유의미한 정적 영향 요인임이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 부모의 양육효능감의 강화를 위해 배우자의 양육지원이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 일-양육의 병행이 가능한 가족친화적인 사회적 환경의 정비를 위한 국가적 지원정책이 매우 중요함을 시사하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 또한 부모들이 양육을 통해 느끼는 보람이 극대화할 수 있도록 자녀의 발달과 자신의 성장에 대한 인식과 이에 대한 의미를 발견할 수 있도록 지원하는 부모교육 프로그램의 개발에 대한 연구와 이에 대한 지원 정책도 필요함을 시사하고 있다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of three factors affecting parenting efficacy, namely family support, parenting reward, and maternity care. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey consisting of structured contents was conducted for 521 main caregivers who are raising children of infants and toddlers. As a result, it was found that the support and parenting reward of the spouse were significant positive influence factors in the recognition of parenting efficacy. These results indicate that it is important to establish a family-friendly social environment where can be carried out in order to facilitate the support of spouses. It also suggests that research on the development of educational programs helps parents discover the meaning and meaning of their children's development and their growth so that parents can maximize their rewards through.
