A Study on Development in Evaluation Index of Korean-styled Volunteer Management

본 연구는 한국의 실정에 맞는 자원봉사관리 평가지표 개발을 목적으로, 국내외 자원봉사관리와 관련한 문헌연구와 자원봉사관리업무 담당자로 구성된 포커스그룹을 통해 6개 범주, 47개의 문항을 개발하였으며, 내적타당도 검증, 예비조사과정을 통해 6개의 범주와 34개의 문항으로 구성된 예비문항을 개발하였다. 본조사의 표본(n=133)은 전국 자원봉사센터의 자원봉사관리자로서 임의표집 하였으며 분석은 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 요인구조를 결정하였다.
분석결과 확정된 자원봉사관리 평가지표는 총 34개 문항이며, 기획지원, 모집훈련, 인정, 평가, 기록의 5개 하위요인으로 구성되었다. 요인분석의 유의성을 검증하기 위한 KMO 값은 0.670이며, Bartlett의 구형성 검정결과(X2=27.45, p<.002)는 요인분석에 적합한 것으로 확인되었으며, 척도의 Cronbach's의 α계수값은 0.901로 높은 신뢰도를 나타냈다.
본 연구를 통해 개발된 자원봉사관리 평가지표는 자원봉사관리 현장의 의견을 반영하는 등의 과정을 통해 개발되었으므로 자원봉사 실천영역에서 폭넓게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
he purpose of this study is to develop evaluation index of volunteer management in line with Korea's actual condition for vitalizing volunteer management. Through a documentary research and a focus group, 6 categories and 47 items were developed. Through the internal validity test and the preliminary survey process, the preliminary questions were developed, which were composed of 6 categories and 34 items. Samples(n=133) in this survey were randomly made as volunteer managers of volunteer centers nationwide. An analysis was decided the factor structure through exploratory factor analysis.
As a result of analysis, the confirmed evaluation index of volunteer management included totally 34 items and was composed of 5 sub-factors as a planning support, recruit training, recognition, evaluation, and record. KMO value for verifying significance of factor analysis was 0.670. The result of Bartlett's test of sphericity (X2=27.45, p<.002)was confirmed to be proper for factor analysis. Cronbach's α coefficient value in scale was 0.901, thereby having indicated high reliability.
The evaluation index of Korean-styled volunteer management, which was developed through this study, reflected opinion of the volunteer management field, thereby being expected to be likely able to be broadly applied to the volunteer practice sphere.
