한부모 여성의 사회자본과 삶의 질 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과: 양부모 여성과의 비교를 중심으로

본 연구는 한부모 여성의 자아탄력성이 사회 자본과 삶의 질과의 관계를 어떻게 매개하는지 양부모 여성과 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 부산, 경남, 경기의 한부모 여성 420명과 양부모 여성 292명이었고, 질문지에 의한 조사가 이루어졌다. 분석결과 첫째, 한부모 여성과 양부모 여성의 사회 자본 전체 평균은 유의미한 차이는 없었으나, 하위 요소별로는 신뢰와 네트워크의 사회자본 평균은 유사한 반면, 상호호혜성 평균은 한부모 여성이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 주관적 삶에 질 평균은 한부모 여성이 양부모 여성보다 낮았으나, 사회활동과 자녀관계 만족감 평균은 차이가 없었다. 셋째, 자아탄력성 평균은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 없었다. 넷째, 한부모 여성과 양부모 여성 모두 사회자본이 주관적 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는데, 한부모 여성은 신뢰와 네트워크가 삶의 질을 높이는 반면, 양부모 여성은 네트워크와 상호호혜성이 삶의 질을 높였다. 다섯째, 사회자본과 삶의 질의 관계에서 한부모 여성과 양부모 여성 모두 자아탄력성의 부분매개효과가 검증되었는데, 한부모 여성은 네트워크 및 상호호혜성과 삶의 질의 관계를 자아탄력성이 부분매개하나, 양부모 여성은 신뢰, 네트워크, 그리고 상호호혜성과 삶의 질과의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 함의를 제시하였다.
The present study investigated the mediating effects of self-resilience on the relationship between social capital and the quality of life. 420 single mothers and 292 mothers from two-parent families in Pusan and Gyeongnam were surveyed.
The results showed that there were not significant differences between single mothers and mothers from two-parent families at social capital and self-resilience, but were significant differences at the subjective quality of life, which single mothers were lower than mothers from two-parent families.
For single mothers and mothers from two-parent families, their social capital was directly related to the quality of life. For single mothers’ trust and network social capital were directly related to the quality of life, but two-parent mothers' network and reciprocity social capital were directly related to that. Changes in self-resilience represented the partial mediation in the relationship between social capital and the quality of life in both single mothers and mothers from two-parent families.
