초록
본 연구는 요양시설에 근무하는 간호사의 낙상예방 자기효능감(Self-efficacy for preventing falls, SEPF)도구를 번역한 한국판 낙상예방 자기효능감(Korean version of Self-Efficacy for Preventing Falls, K-SEPF)도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 분석을 통해 문화적으로 다른 상황에서 개발된 SEPF 도구를 한국의 노인 요양시설 및 요양병원에 근무하는 간호사에게 적용할 수 있는지 검증하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 방법으로는 본 연구의 대상자는 요양시설 및 요양병원에 근무하는 간호사 265명을 대상으로 자료 수집을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 20.0과 AMOS 17.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였고, 구성타당도 검정은 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis)으로 시행하였고, K-SEPF의 준거타당도 검증을 위하여 낙상에 대한 지식, 태도와의 상관관계를 Pearson’s correlation coefficient를 통해 분석하였다. 신뢰도 중 내적 일관성을 검증하기 위하여 Cronbach`s α를 통하여 검정하였다. 연구결과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 구성타당도가 입증되었고, 신뢰도 검증 부분에 있어서, 타당도가 비교적 낮은 문항을 삭제한 후 신뢰도가 .944로 나타나 K-SEPF의 신뢰도가 검증되었다. 본 연구를 통해 번역된 K-SEPF가 낙상예방 자기효능감을 측정할 수 있는 국내 적용 가능 도구임이 검증되었고, 추후 본 도구를 통해 노인 시설에서 종사하는 간호사의 낙상예방 자기효능감을 측정하고 더 나아가 시설 입소노인의 낙상 예방을 위한 초석이 될 것으로 사료된다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the Korean version of Self-efficacy for preventing falls. The Korean version of Self-efficacy for Preventing Falls was developed through forward-backward translation techniques. Content, criterion, and construct validity using confirmatory factor analysis and an internal consistency reliability were conducted. Survey data were collected from 265 nurses who have worked in long-term care facilities and hospitals. The Korean version of self-efficacy for preventing falls had factor loadings of the 13 items ranged from .68 to .87, and was validated by confirmatory factor analysis (CFI=.849, NFI=.836, RMSEA=.180). Also there was a reliable internal consistency with a Cronbach’s ？ was . 95. The findings of this study demonstrated that the Korean version of the self-efficacy for preventing fall scale had satisfactory validity to measure self-efficacy for preventing falls among nurses who have worked in long-term care facilities and hospitals.
