초록
우리가 직면한 다문화적 사회상황은 새로운 문화 창조와 글로벌 시대에서 국가 경쟁력을강화할 수 있는 기회라 할 수 있다. 하지만 다문화적인 상황과 조건들을 제대로 관리하지못하면 사회적 효용성의 저하와 분열과 혼란을 가중시킬 위험도 안고 있다. 다문화 사회를위협하는 요소들은 다양하지만 그간 우리 학계에서는 주로 순수혈통 의식과 원주민이라는우월적 지위에서 이주 노동자 및 결혼 이민 여성과 다문화 가정 자녀들에게 가해지는 사회적 배제와 차별에 관심을 기울여 왔다. 이러한 전통적 문제들과 함께 근래에 새로운 위험으로 부각되고 있는 것이 반다문화주의(Anti-multiculturalism) 담론의 급속한 생성 전파와 커뮤니티의 증가라 할 수 있다. 이 같은 문제의식에서 반다문화 담론과 활동에 대한 질적 내용분석을 하였다. 이를 위해 반다문화 활동가 21명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 자료분석은 Krippendorff(2004)가 제안한 내용 분석 절차에 따라 정리하였다. 본 연구 결과는 한국적 상황에서의 반다문화 현상에 대한 사회복지학 이론 체계 구축에 기여하는 한편 반다문화주의까지 통합한 사회복지계의 온전한 다문화사회 구현을 위한 집단 노작에 대한 경험자료를 제시하였다.
We face multiple social condition which can be opportunity to strength national competition in the new culture creation and the global ages. However, if we don`t manage multiple culture condition and situation, it may be risk to decline social utility and to increase division and confusion. It is vary the factors to be threaten multiple culture, but our academic world has been largely concentrate concern to social exclusion and discriminate against immigrant worker, married immigrant woman and a multi cultural family of child at position of pure bloodline and native. With traditional problem, magnified to new risk may be the argument of anti-multiculturalism through quick spread and the evidence of community. Because of this, it is the quality study of anti-multiple cultures.
To achieve this, reacher collected data through in-depth interviews on 21 anti-mutiple cultures movement actors. This study is analysis through Krippendorff`s content analysis process(2004). This study is contributed to the anti-multiple cultures of social welfare study theory establish, meanwhile suggests social welfare data of collective experience which include anti-multiple cultures for the realization of multiple culture society.
