본 연구는 우리나라에서 사례관리교과과정이 사회복지실천 맥락과 관련하여 어떻게 구성되어야 하는지를 고찰하기 위한 목적에서 이루어졌다. 현재 우리나라에서 진행중인 사례관리와 관련된 쟁점들을 간단히 살펴보고, 우리나라의 대학 사회복지학과에서 개설되는 사례관리과목의 현황과 내용을 분석하여 교과과정 방안을 제시해 보았다. 분석결과 대부분의 대학에서 한국사회복지대학교육협의회의 교과목 지침내용에 따라 교과목의 목표와 내용을 구성하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사례관리실천 전문가로서의 윤리적 이슈나 실천윤리 강화는 목표로 제시되지는 않았으나 교과목 내용에는 포함되어 있었다. 교과과정의 내용 속에 더 포함되어야 할 부분은 ‘지역사회 네트워크 분석 및 자원개발’, ‘사례관리자와 클라이언트의 동맹관계’, ‘대상별 사례관리 적용의 특성’ 등과 같은 영역이었다. 이와 같은 분석결과를 토대로 향후 사례관리 교과과정의 방향을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to observe and suggest a curriculum development of Case Management in the context of social work practice. In order to obtain this purpose, contemporary issues related to case management in Korea were reviewed and content of curriculum offered in five departments of social work in Korea were analyzed. According to the results, most of departments were followed by the curriculum guidelines of Korean？Council on Social Work Education. However, ethical issues for the professional social workers were not included in the curriculum purpose but in the curriculum content. The content areas that should be included in the future case management curriculum were 'community network analysis and resource development', 'working relationship between case manager and client', 'client characteristics of case management' and so on. Discussions for future curriculum development of case management were presented.
