본 연구의 목적은 정신장애인의 지역사회통합을 위한 우선순위 정책을전문가를 통해 파악하여 개선방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 총17명의 정신보건전문가를 포함한 당사자 및 가족들이 델파이 패널로 참여하였고 총 4회에 걸쳐서 조사가 이루어졌다. 연구의 주요 결과를 정리하면다음과 같다. 첫째, 정신장애인의 지역사회통합을 위해 가장 시급하게 요청되는 정부의 정책에 대해 델파이 패널들은 맞춤형 주거지원정책의 수립과공공재원의 확보를 가장 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정신장애인의 지역사회통합증진을 위한 지역사회정신보건기관의 사업으로는 회복기반 주거지원사업과 정신장애 인식개선사업 그리고 당사자활동지원 확대 등을 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 정신장애인의 지역사회통합 증진을 위해 필요하다고 판단된 정책 우선순위에따른 정신보건정책의 방향성을 논의하고 제언하였다.
This study aims to examine whether baby boomer’s homeowenrship influences life satisfaction and the relationship between homeownership and life satisfaction is medicated by social participation. For these analyses, this study used 2,160 baby boomer sample from the 5th data of Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing(KLoSA). This study used asset effect theory, stakeholder theory, and activity theory as theoretical backgrounds.
Statistical methods include descriptive statistics, correlation analyses, and hierarchial mediation test suggested by Baron & Kenny(1986). The mediation test was also examined by Sobel-test.
Key findings are as follows: First, we found that homeownership of baby boomers influence their life satisfaction positively. Second, the relationship between homeownership and life satisfaction was significantly mediated by social participation. Based on the empirical findings, this study concludes with several implications for enhancing baby boomer’s life satisfaction.
