본 연구는 유아교사의 업무스트레스와 교수효능감 및 교사-유아상호작용이 사회인구학적 변인에 따라 차이가 있는지 살펴보고, 업무스트레스와 교사-유아상호작용의 관계에서 교수효능감의 조절효과를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국아동패널 7차년도(2015)의 자료를 활용하였으며 연구대상은 유아교사 1,203명이었다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사의 업무스트레스와 교수효능감 및 교사-유아상호작용은 교사의 연령, 재직기간에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 업무스트레스는 교수효능감 및 교사-유아상호작용과 부적 상관이 있었으며, 교수효능감과 교사-유아상호작용 간에는 정적상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 업무스트레스와 교사-유아상호작용의 관계에서 교수효능감의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 유아교사의 업무스트레스를 감소시키고 교수효능감을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine whether job stress, teaching efficacy, and teacher-child interaction in early childhood teachers differ according to socio-demographic variables and to investigate the moderating effect of teaching efficacy on the relationship between job stress and teacher-infant interactions. To achieve this, data from the 7th year of the Panel Study on Korean Children(2015) were used, and the subjects of study were 1,203 preschool teachers. The results of the study were as follows: First, the teacher's job stress, teaching efficacy, and teacher-child interaction were differed according to the age and length of employment. Second, job stress was negatively related to teaching efficacy and teacher-child interaction, and there was a positive correlation between teaching efficacy and teacher-child interaction. Third, the moderating effect of teaching efficacy was confirmed in the relationship between job stress and teacher-child interaction. Based on these results, this study suggested ways to reduce the job stress and improve the teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers.
